User avatar menu

The User Avatar Menu is available from the bottom left corner. Clicking on it will open a menu-page consisting of:

  • About - User details, Server & App Details, a link to this documentation and a feedback button.

  • Account Settings - Here you will be able to change your User Profile information, WebClient app language and preferred language.

  • Change Password - In case your password is hard to type or hard to remember, you can change it.

  • Status - Set your availability status.

  • Logout

About

The About XReach page gives you a useful set of details, as witnessed by the screenshot below.

You can also access the XReach documentation portal from this view, and you can send feedback and support requests to the XReach team from here. The details of the version numbers and your session names, roles and emails, will be transmitted in the feedback request.

Account Settings

After opening the User Avatar Menu, you can click on Account settings - screenshot below:

After opening the Account Settings, you can edit your personal information, change the language of the app or add your preferred languages.

Change Password

After opening the User Avatar Menu, you can click on the Change password link to access the page, as witnessed below in the screenshot:

On this page, you can change your password by inputting your actual current password and a new password and a confirm password.

The password must be 8 characters minimum, with UPPERCASE, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters (!,/,#,",@,(,),+,- etc).

Status

The Status menu is for setting your Status to Available, Away, Busy - the people seeing you on their Call lists will see your Status update accordingly.

Logout

Click on Logout to Log out. You will no longer receive notifications of what has happened in the Environment.
