Offline Mode

This feature allows the user to use the application even when not having an internet connection. User has option for creating new tickets, and editing the created tickets while in offline mode.

Working in offline mode

If the application does not have an internet connection, a banner will appear to inform the user is in offline mode. Below screenshots display the application while in offline mode.

When the application is in offline mode, it allows the user to do the following actions:

1. Create a ticket

Users can create tickets and edit those tickets that were created while in offline mode. After the ticket has been created, it appears in the Tickets list without an ID. Users can view the ticket details and update it if needed.

2. Add attachments

Users can upload, edit and delete the attachments while in offline mode. Application supports attaching several media types, including small videos.

3. Search tickets

Users can search tickets, but only among the ones that were created while in offline mode.

4. Update settings

User interface language and Dark theme can be changed during offline mode.

Returning back to Online mode

When internet connection is restored, the application will return back to Online mode automatically. Application will synchronize with the server the tickets and attachments created during offline mode. User will see a banner informing that synchronization in taking place.

Shortly after being returned to Online mode, your tickets will be shown with the new ticket IDs. Once the synchronization is completed, the attachments will be displayed in the tickets media.
