Expert Features on XReach Mobile

This documentation page is made for XReach Experts using the Mobile app (iOS, Android, Windows)

Expert-specific features

Since the XReach Mobile app works in a very similar way between RemoteUser and Expert, we will focus on the Expert-specific features only. To see the overall features of XReach Mobile, click here.

Ticket editing for Experts

After successfully logging in, you will be in the Ticket List View, with My Tickets pre-selected.

You can select any ticket from the list by tapping on it.

Tapping on the "Overflow menu" (...) button from the top right corner will open the More Options view.

The More Options menu allows you to select such actions as

  • Edit Ticket

  • Assign Expert

  • Add Attachments

  • Resolve / Reopen Ticket

Calling a Remote User

Experts can use the XReach Mobile app to directly call RemoteUsers - this is done by navigating to a Ticket and tapping on the Call button from the top right corner and selecting a RemoteUser from the list.

Experts can call other Experts too.
