# Expert Features on XReach Mobile

## Expert-specific features

Since the **XReach Mobile** app works in a very similar way between **RemoteUser** and **Expert**, we will focus on the **Expert**-specific features only. \

## **Ticket editing for Experts**

After successfully logging in, you will be in the **Ticket List View**, with **My Tickets** pre-selected.

You can select any ticket from the list by tapping on it.

Tapping on the **"Overflow menu" (...)** button from the top right corner will open the **More Options** view.

The **More Options** menu allows you to select such actions as&#x20;

* Edit Ticket
* Assign Expert
* Add Attachments
* Resolve / Reopen Ticket

## **Calling a Remote User**

**Experts** can use the **XReach Mobile** app to directly call **RemoteUsers** - this is done by navigating to a Ticket and tapping on the **Call** button from the top right corner and selecting a **RemoteUser** from the list.
