Calling an Expert

  • Select a ticket from the Ticket List View by tapping anywhere on the row.

  • Tap on the Call icon from the top panel.

  • Select the appropriate Expert from the Expert List to call them, or call Any Expert.

Call page

  • View Ticket Details - Tap on the ticket info icon to view the ticket details during the call. You can edit the ticket details by clicking the edit button.

  • Attachments - Tap on the attachment icon to view the images/videos/files. Tap on the images to start annotating it.

  • Chat tab - Allows you to chat with other Experts/Admins. You can delete/copy your own messages from the chat tab by long pressing the message which you want to delete/copy.

  • You will be notified with an orange notification badge for editing the ticket/new attachments added/ receiving new messages.

  • You can take a screenshot, upload a photo, add participant to the call, switch from back camera to front camera, Flip video image, enable pointer, take a snapshot by going to the overflow menu (...) and choosing the desired action such as Take screenshot, Upload photo or Add Participant.

Annotation sharing during the call

Paused video annotation

  1. Double tap the screen during a call

  2. The annotation tool box will appear with the paused image

  3. Start annotating

  4. The other user(s) will see the annotations in real time as they are being made

Image attachment live annotation

  1. Tap on the 3 dot-menu and upload photo.

  2. You can start sharing the screen by tapping the Annotation icon

You can also share annotations on existing attachments:

  1. In the video call view, tap on the Attachment icon

  2. Select an image attachment you would like to annotate

  3. Tap on the Annotation icon and start annotating

  • Clicking the Close button will resume the live video for both users and discard the changes.

  • Clicking the Save button before exiting the annotation will save the annotated image to the ticket attachments.

Shared annotation view for other users

  • The other user will have the shared image appear instead of the video feed and will see the annotations the first user is making in real time

  • Tapping the annotation view icon will switch between those views: video and annotation.

  • You cannot share the annotation when another user is already sharing it.

Note:

1. During a conference call, in order to see the shared annotation view you have to be in the call. You cannot see the annotation view if you have joined after the annotation started.

2. Experts have Red as default annotation color and Blue for other users.

Using the pointer

  1. To enable the pointer, open the secondary menu by tapping the three dots in the top menu and select "Enable pointer"

  2. Tap on the area that you would like to indicate to the other user in the video

  3. To take a snapshot with the pointer included, open the secondary menu and select "take screenshot"

Note: the pointer is not supported in a teleconference or screen sharing session
