# Translations

## Client and preferred language settings

The system will translate the messages and ticket details to the *Client language* by default. This can be overridden by setting the *Preferred language* in the *Profile settings*.

## Automatic ticket details translation

Enable the automatic translation of ticket details by tapping the *Enable automatic ticket info translation* checkbox located in the *Account settings*.

When the setting is enabled and viewing a ticket originally written in a different language, the ticket details will be automatically translated.

## Chat messages translation

To translate a chat message, long press the message and select *Translate.*
