The system will translate the messages and ticket details to the Client language by default. This can be overridden by setting the Preferred language in the Profile settings.
Enable the automatic translation of ticket details by tapping the Enable automatic ticket info translation checkbox located in the Account settings.
When the setting is enabled and viewing a ticket originally written in a different language, the ticket details will be automatically translated.
To translate a chat message, long press the message and select Translate.
