Translations

Client and preferred language settings

The system will translate the messages and ticket details to the Client language by default. This can be overridden by setting the Preferred language in the Profile settings.

Client language is English and Preferred language is set to French.

Automatic ticket details translation

Enable the automatic translation of ticket details by tapping the Enable automatic ticket info translation checkbox located in the Account settings.

Enable automatic ticket info translation setting is enabled

When the setting is enabled and viewing a ticket originally written in a different language, the ticket details will be automatically translated.

Tapping on the Show original button will display the original text

Chat messages translation

To translate a chat message, long press the message and select Translate.
