Real-time translation

Thanks to the real-time translation feature, users can communicate in their preferred language, allowing for smooth, multilingual conversations during video calls.

Client and preferred language settings

By default, the recognized speech will be translated to the client UI language. This can be overridden by changing the Preferred language in the Account Settings, if translations to another language are required.

Enabling/disabling the Automatic ticket info translation -property from the Account Settings does not affect video call translations.

Client language is English and Preferred language is set to French.

To view the subtitles, open the secondary menu by tapping on the three-dots and select and click on the Start Translation button in call. The translations will be made in real time while the other user in call is speaking.

To stop translation, open the secondary menu and select Stop translation.
